Joe Rogan Unveils New Texas Podcast Studio
Last week, Renee wrote about the UFC's Joe Rogan being mentioned in a Texas Tech lecture.
Well, in case you didn't know, Rogan is in the process of becoming a Texan. He's leaving California and the next step in the process for him is building a studio for his podcast. (Which I assume will be located somewhere in the Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park area)
Earlier this week, Rogan posted some photos and videos of the new studio. My first reaction? It looks like the interior of a silo placed on its side.

The lighting is very soft, and looks like it can be dimmed too. There appears to be plenty of room around the studio table for at least 4 to 6 people. I like how there is a lot of acoustic paneling in the studio, which for those of you that play in bands, or shoot videos, know that really helps cut down on the noise in a room. Hiding the headphone and mic control panel behind a pop-up box is pretty cool too. You can see that in the video below. Here are some more photos:
