Jarrett Culver to Make NBA Decision on Thursday Afternoon

It's arguably the biggest question that everyone following Texas Tech basketball is wondering. Is Jarrett Culver going to declare for the NBA draft, or will he stay and play for another year for Texas Tech?

We're one step closer to finding out that elusive question, as Culver took to Twitter to let everyone know that he will be making his announcement Thursday, April 18th, at 3 p.m. inside of the United Supermarkets Arena.

I'm sure this hasn't been an easy decision for Culver to make, but whatever the decision is, it will be nothing but a positive for the city of Lubbock.
