Head coach Gary Kubiak and his staff will need to have made some changes this week as the team is in the midst of a three game losing streak.  That third loss might have been the worse of them all as they blown out by the San Fransisco 49ers by a score of 34-3 last Sunday.  Quarterback Matt Schaub's struggles continued as well as he set a NFL record with his fourth straight game with a interception returned for a touchdown.

The Texans will need to put all that behind them as they have the St. Louis Rams coming to town.  As if matters couldn't get worse for Schaub (Pictured on the right), he lost his safety blanket in tight end Owen Daniels as he was sent to the IR earlier this week with a broken leg that he suffered in last weeks loss.  Daniels is expected to miss up to eight weeks with that leg injury.

Wide receiver Andre Johnson has also been hobbled by injuries as he did not practice on Wednesday as he is nursing a shin issue, and running back Arian Foster was limited in that same practice.

Gary Kubiak might be coaching for his job this year as the teams high expectation are looking to be too much once again for Houston.  They sit just 2-3 on the season and have looked progressively bad as they year has continued.  Houston has been outscored 87-32 during this losing streak they are on.  The teams confidence seems to be dwindling and if Kubiak can't get it turned around soon, ownership may begin to look else where for a solution.

He will get that chance though this Sunday against the Rams with kickoff set for noon and can be seen on FOX.
