Houston Texans CB Brandon Harris Fined

Houston Texans cornerback Brandon Harris has been fined $21,000 for the hit he delivered to Detroit Lions returner Stefan Logan on Thanksgiving.

Logan did not signal for a fair catch on the play, but when Harris tackled him, Logan was judged to be a defenseless receiver by the officials, drawing a 15-yard penalty.

Harris plans to appeal the fine.

“They took my whole paycheck,” Harris said.
