The Houston Texans locked their second straight playoff berth by beating Houston's former team, Tennessee Titans 24-10.

Texans quarterback Matt Schaub was 21 for 35 for 207 yards and two touchdowns.  Justin Forsett lead the Texans in rushing with 14 carries for 64 yards.  Andre Johnson led the Texans in receiving with five catches for 56 yards.  Houston got great performance from rookie linebacker Whitney Mercilus.  He had a fumble recovery and two sacks in the game.

On the other side of the ball, Titans quarterback Jake Locker was 21 for 45 for 309 yards one touchdowns and three interceptions.  Chris Johnson led the Titans in rushing with 13 carries for 51 yards.  Nate Washington led the Titans in receiving with three catches for 96 yards.

Houston hits the road next week for a key Monday night match up against the New England Patriots.  Kick off is at 7:30 pm.
