Governor Greg Abbott Holding Campaign Event In Lubbock On Tuesday
If you are still waiting to hear Texas Governor Greg Abbott address your concerns about the border, the grid, property taxes, school security, and any other issue or issues you want to hear about, you have a chance to see the Governor at a campaign event on Tuesday.
Early voting is underway in Texas but that doesn't mean the campaigning is slowing down. In fact, many campaigns will kick things up a notch or two in order to make sure their voters turn out to vote early or on Tuesday, November 8 which is Election Day.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott will head to Lubbock on Tuesday, October 25 as he continues his re-election campaign. One poll released this past Friday has Abbott leading his Democrat challenger, Beto O'Rourke, by double digits. But polls have been wrong before and the Abbott campaign isn't taking anything for granted.
Abbott's campaign event will be held at Table 82 in Lubbock. Table 82 is located at 4210 82nd Street. The event is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. and is open to the public.
Abbott's opponent, Beto O'Rourke traveled to Lubbock and campaigned at Texas Tech University earlier in October.
Early voting in the 2022 Midterm Election runs through Friday, November 4th. Election Day is Tuesday, November 8th. KFYO will provide Election Night Coverage on Tuesday, November 8th from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
