When Khavon Moore committed to Texas Tech out of Macon, Georgia he was the highest rated recruit to ever choose the Red Raiders. He came to Lubbock in the midst of a rehab stint while recovering from a gruesome injury. Moore's time in Lubbock never materialized because of that injury and after the decision was made that he wouldn't play this season he made the decision to transfer.

It's now been announced where Moore will go:

Moore confirmed the move on his own account:

Moore is a sit-out transfer but a waiver could make him immediately eligible. The Tigers went to a sweet 16 in 2018 but did not make the tournament this past season and could use a potential star like Khavon Moore.

The Red Raiders have completely remade their roster after the departure of Moore.
