The Dallas Cowboys were unable to secure a playoff spot after falling to the Washington Redskins 28-18 last night.

Dallas quarterback Tony Romo was 20 of 37 for 218 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions.  Running back DeMarco Murray led the Cowboys in rushing with 17 carries for 76 yards.  Wide receiver Dez Bryant led the Cowboys in receiving with four catches for 71 yards.  Dallas has missed the playoffs for third year in a row.

On the other side of the ball, Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was nine of 18 for 100 yards.  Running back Alfred Morris had 33 carries for 200 yards and three touchdowns.  Wide receiver Pierre Garcon led the Redskins in receiving with three catches for 46 yards.  With the win, Washington won the NFC East and will host the Seattle Seahawks in the first round of the NFC playoffs next Sunday.  Kickoff is at 3:30 pm.
