Cam Batson Is Now Officially the Fastest Man in Texas

Cam Batson is really fast. In fact, he's the fastest man in Texas.

Well, at least in Lubbock.

Cam Batson ran three consecutive 4.3 x 40 yard dashes before posting a 4.4 on his final attempt. Batson had 61 receptions last season and caught eight touchdowns. He looks to build on that breakout season in 2017.

This is nothing new for Cam Batson, who also won the intrasquad speed competition last season, where he got a championship belt instead of a t-shirt.

The repeat champion will have plenty of opportunity as the most veteran receiver returning for the 2017 season, along with Dylan Cantrell.
