Torii Hunter is out of the Los Angeles Angels lineup for the time being after his son was arrested in McKinney, Texas. Hunter's son, Darius McClinton-Hunter was arrested for alleged sexual assault.

Hunter will be out of the lineup for an undetermined amount of time. Commenting on the temporary departure of Hunter, Angels manager Mike Scioscia said, "It's a personal matter. We're going to go day-to-day, and we'll just see where it is. That's all I'm going to say."

According to Rivals.com, Darius Hunter had offers from many schools across the country, including Texas Tech.

Along with Hunter's son, police also arrested four other arrests following a month long investigation.

When he departed from Angel Stadium to head back to Texas to help sort out the situation involving his son, Hunter tweeted, ""This is very tough for a father, Thanks for ur prayers and support. Be Blessed everyone."
