Thanksgiving is right around the corner and hopeful you have already started to prepare. If you haven't, don't worry there is still plenty of time.

Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets joined me today to give a few tips for cooking that Thanksgiving turkey. Duby says you are going to want to get a bird big enough to feed everyone. Think about 1-pound per guest and you should be fine. Duby also suggested placing the Turkey in the refrigerator soon so it can properly defrost. The last thing you are going to want is a frozen bird when you go to cook it.

On Thanksgiving day you will want to store the leftover turkey within 2 hours of serving it. And if you have leftovers (and who won't?) Duby suggested eating those leftovers within four days.
