The Dallas Cowboys are looking to keep up with the now high flying Philadelphia Eagles as both are deep in the hunt for the NFC East crown.  Head coach Chip Kelly and company made what might have been their biggest statement of the year on Sunday as they took down the Detroit Lions in blizzard like conditions by a final score of 34-20.

With the win, the pressure is now on Dallas to win on Monday if they want to remain in first place of the division.  At this point they still hold the tie breaker over Philadelphia as they defeated the Eagles back on October 20th by a score of 17-3.  Since that loss though, the Eagles have gained quite a bit of steam as they now sit at 8-5 on the year.   The other key to their success has been the emergence of quarterback Nick Foles (Pictured on the Left).  Since he took over the huddle, the team has gone 7-1 and has people suddenly struggling to stop this offense that looked so anemic with Michael Vick leading it.

That brings us to the Cowboys game on Monday night as they travel to Chicago to take on the Bears.  Jason Garrett should have had plenty of time to get his team prepared for this game.  They have not played since their showdown with the Oakland Raiders on Thanksgiving.  As for the Bears, they are coming off a tough 23-20 loss to the Minnesota Vikings that dropped them to 6-6 on the year.
