The Children's Home is bringing Gold Medalist Scott Hamilton to Lubbock on Saturday, March 23rd at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center, according to a recent press release.

Olympic champion and skating icon Scott Hamilton has survived tremendous challenges and will be a guest speaker at this dinner for the Children's Home of Lubbock.

Hamilton was adopted, and then went on to adopt two children from Haiti. He has come through incredible odds and knows what it means to persevere. His story is a true inspiration and he will be doing a book signing for his newly released Finish First, which encourages our inner champion to achieve great things.
