Texas Tech Grad Has Strong Run, But Falls Short on ‘American Ninja Warrior’

The Texas Tech University graduate known as West Texas Ninja on American Ninja Warrior is Lubbock's Tyler Humphrey, and Monday night (July 29th), he competed in the finals, televised from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In his second year competing, Humphrey was proud to have made it further in the finals then he did last year. It was the "clocks" obstacle that ended his second season.

Humphrey said he looks forward to doing better next year.

We wish him the very best success in his training and future season(s) on American Ninja Warrior. We're sure proud of his fighting spirit and happy to see Lubbock so well represented in the national spotlight.
