The Texas Rangers are just trying to make your dreams come true. Dreams of an AL West Championship, dreams of a World Series trophy and dreams of hitting a Home Run in a major league ballpark.

The Rangers gave 20 fans a chance to buy 3 pitches, for the price of 25% deposit on a set of season tickets, to see if they could hit a dinger. If fan managed to hit a homer they won season tickets, if they didn't bye bye deposit.

Out of the 20 participants, 19 whiffed pretty hard. Then up to the plate stepped Byron Anderson.

My favorite part of this is that the Rangers PA guy played the song that is played when a home run is hit in a real game.

Just a side note, I wish this song would play every time I did something good.

Anderson wasn't the only one who won something, Stephen Herrera took home an Ivan Rodriguez autographed baseball by hitting a target in the outfield.
