Class 1A through 4A teams have not had their 2020 practice dates, game dates, or playoff dates affected by COVID-19

Lubbock ISD has released the 2012 varsity football schedules for all four LISD high schools. Next year, the Coronado Mustangs will play in District 2-5A, Lubbock High & Monterey in 4-4A and Estacado in 2-3A.

The Estacado basketball team was one of the highest gainers in this week's ESPN and Powerade Fab 50 teams in the nation. Estacado went from 35th in the nation to their highest now at 24th. The Tennessee Titans have hired University of Texas assistant coach, and Lubbock native, Jerry Gray to become their new defensive coordinator.
