Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas have filed a lawsuit against the City of Lubbock over the 'Sanctuary City for the Unborn' ordinance.

It's been confirmed that just days before the March for Life event that happened at the end of January in Lubbock, Planned Parenthood sent Lubbock Police a watch list of 13 names.
