Slim Chickens to Open New Location Near Lubbock High & Texas Tech

A new location of Slim Chickens will be opening at 2405 19th Street, close to both Lubbock High and Texas Tech University.

Prior to being a Slim Chickens the building was Burger House, and before that a Burger King.

There are two other locations of Slim Chickens in Lubbock including 5508 4th Street and 4509 98th Street.

Slim Chickens is a southern fast-casual concept that features tenders, wings, waffles, southern-style sides, salads, and desserts.
