Roasted Corn Can Be Healthy And Taste Good
When you think of healthy sides, corn may or may not be the first thing you think of. Brenda Garcia at United Supermarkets stopped by today to discuss the benefits of corn and one or two ways you should try it.
Garcia said that fresh corn in moderation can actually be healthy for you can help lower cholesterol.
Garcia mentioned that a great way of having corn is by having it roasted and next Thursday you will have a great chance of trying some roasted corn. United Supermarkets will be at the Hub City BBQ on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. roasting corn.
