In the flurry of filings in the Reagor-Dykes bankruptcy, the Reagor-Dykes side have made two more this week.

First, RD asked for an emergency hearing tomorrow, Thursday, February 7, with the goal of having a judge force mediation between the major parties in the Reagor-Dykes bankruptcy case.

KAMC News reports RD asked for February 20th to be approved as the mediation date, where all parties would show up and attempt to negotiate.

KAMC News also reports that despite the McDougal Companies announcing they were ceasing negotiations with RD, court documents say that they are back in the mix as an interested party.

The second filing this week, is from Bart Reagor and Rick Dykes, personally. They are asking for more time to respond to Ford’s filing from this past Monday, which alleges fraud by the pair and that they owe Ford $109 million dollars.

So far, no rulings have been made on the requests.
