President Obama to Address the Nation Sunday Night from the Oval Office
President Barack Obama will deliver the third Oval Office address of his presidency Sunday night at 7 p.m. CST. You will be able to hear it live on News/Talk 790, KFYO, and online at KFYO.com.
The address was announced Saturday evening by White House staff.
President Obama will discuss the steps the government is taking to keep people safe after the attack this past week in California.
The San Bernardino terrorist attack killed 14 and wounded 21. President Obama will also talk about the nature of the threat, how it has evolved and how he plans to defeat it.
All of the major television networks and cable news networks are expected to air the address, which is expected to last about 15-20 minutes.
