‘Pokemon Go’ Enthusiasts Will Be Holding an Event in Lubbock This Weekend

This Saturday night (July 16), a Pokemon meet-up will be held on Broadway.

PokeWalk on Broadway will be filling up downtown as Pokemon trainers gather to catch 'em all and socialize. From 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., the Lubbock "Pokemon Go" trainer community will have the opportunity to enjoy a night out and collect Pokemon with their peers.

The event will be centered around PokeStops with a wide variety of Pokemon to catch.
Admission to this event is free, and players are encouraged to come dressed in costume.
