Panda Express: New Location Set To Open In Lubbock
Almost everyone loves Asian food whether it's egg rolls, fried rice, or even just getting a fortune cookie but one restaurant is expanding their reach to Northwest Lubbock. Panda Express will soon be celebrating the grand opening of their newest Lubbock location with a special ribbon cutting ceremony.
The new Panda Express will be on 19th Street and will serve all of the iconic dishes such as Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sesame Chicken, and Beef and Broccoli. There will be two new dishes making their debut during the grand opening of this Panda Express location. That first dish is the new Chili Crisp Shrimp which is tossed in a savory chili garlic sauce with peppers and onions, but is only available for a limited time.
In honor of their 40th anniversary Panda Express will be serving their first-ever dessert, the Apple Pie Roll. This new treat is filled with juice apples, fall spices and cinnamon sugar all wrapped up in a crispy wonton wrapper and is an American Asian fusion of the classic apple pie. Panda Express also takes any donations that are dropped off at their in-store donation box and gives 100 percent of those funds to support the health and educational needs of underserved youth.
That ribbon cutting ceremony will be on Wednesday, December 27, at 10 a.m. at 5806 19th Street. The community is encouraged to come out during that grand opening ribbon ceremony because the first 88 guests will receive a free t-shirt from Panda Express. I will be there trying one of everything but let us know your go to order when you dine-in, or dine-out, at Panda Express!
