Mayor Tom Martin Talks Baseball and Foundations on the Sports Shack [AUDIO]

Lubbock Mayor Tom Martin stopped by the Sports Shack studio to talk sports with Scott Fitzgerald and Alan Berger. Scott attempted to get Mayor behind his effort to start an idiot neighbor bureau. Unfortunately Martin felt things were better handled by the free market.  He did however share a story of an idiot neighbor he had in the past to ease Scott's pain. The show also spoke with him about his passion for baseball and a bit about his past.
