MacKenzie Scott (pictured right in 2018 with then-husband Jeff Bezos) is continuing to make numerous charitable donations across the United States as part of her philanthropic efforts.

Scott is the ex-wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. She received a divorce settlement of $38 billion in Amazon stock in 2019 and since then began her efforts to donate her fortune to charities and non-profits across the U.S. On Wednesday, Scott released another list of organizations who received money from her.

The latest list, posted on Scott's Medium account, included 465 non-profits receiving a total of $3,863,125,000 between June 2021 and March 2022.

Last month, the Lubbock-based Communities in Schools of the South Plains announced it had received $3.3 million from Ms. Scott to distribute to schools across the region. The $3.3 million was a part of a larger overall donation of $133.5 million made to Communities in Schools nationwide.

Scott's donations over the past two-plus years have reached over $12 billion dollars, benefiting 1,257 organizations, according to the New York Times.

Other Texas and New Mexico organization who received money over the past 9 months from Scott include: various Boys & Girls Clubs chapters in Texas, Habitat for Humanity chapters in Texas, University of New Mexico Health Sciences- Project ECHO; Texas chapters of Communities In Schools, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, and the National 4-H Council.

One other notable donation: back in late 2020, Scott donated $9 million to the YWCA of Lubbock. Since then, the YWCA of Lubbock has continued operating out of the old K-Mart building at 6501 University Avenue, the YWCA Sun n' Fun at 6204 Elgin Avenue, and the Legacy Event Center at 1500 14th Street in downtown Lubbock.
