Lubbock’s New Kin Korean BBQ & Sushi Temporarily Closes
Kin Korean BBQ & Sushi Lounge at 6810 Milwaukee Ave. has closed its doors temporarily due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), according to their website.
It's too bad their popular conveyor belt sushi couldn't roll out to the curb. In spite of their bold signage for take-out and delivery, it looks as though they're waiting for better news about city restrictions to re-open.
This is what they've announced on their website:
For All Our Customers,
We are currently closed until further notice because of the Coronavirus. We are awaiting notification from our local city government in April before considering further business operations. We thank you for your patience and support during this time.
This new Lubbock hotspot just opened at the end of January, offering up in-house fare that includes cooking right at your table, in addition to conveyor belt sushi.
We're sorry to see Kin Korean close its doors without a curbside or delivery option. Hopefully, they'll be back open sooner than later.
