Lubbock’s First-Ever Beer and Yoga Class Happens at The Garden Saturday Morning
It's Lubbock's first-ever Beer Yoga class this Saturday morning (June 30) from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. at The Garden.
The Yoga class, courtesy of the good folks at The Yoga Stand, gets underway at 9 a.m. and the beer will be brought to you by the Deep Ellum Brewing Company.
For just $5, you get an hour of yoga and a beer. How fun is that? I'm a big fan of doing yoga in the morning, but this is a terrific twist and sure to get your weekend off to a great start.
You must be 21+ and bring your own yoga mat. You can visit the Facebook event page for more details on this great event.
The Garden is located at 1801 Buddy Holly Avenue in the Depot District.
