Lubbock Veterans, You Deserve Free Stuff. Here’s Where to Get It.

To all my veteran friends, thank you for your service. I love and appreciate you for everything you've endured to make our world a safer place.
One of my vet friends calls Veterans Day "Vet Halloween," because he goes from place to place getting free stuff. As all y'all should. You deserve a day of free meals and other goodies because you are amazing.
Here's a list of places in Lubbock you can clean up at this year. Of course, locations are subject to change, so you might want to call and confirm before you head over.

Golden Corral
From November 1st – November 30th, 2020, all active and former military members can pick up a free “thank you meal” promotional card that’s good for one free lunch or dinner buffet and beverage. The promotional card can be used Monday – Thursday after 11 a.m. from November 1st – May 31st, 2021. (One promotional card per person.)
7-Eleven
Free coffee or Big Gulp on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Veterans Day. Download the 7-Eleven app and sign in or register.
Applebee’s
Veterans and Active Duty Military can select a free meal from a limited menu on Veteran's Day. Provide proof of service required.
Aspen Creek Grill
On Wednesday, November 11th, all veterans and active duty military can select from a complimentary menu from 11 am to close.
BJ’s Restaurant
All service members can enjoy a complimentary entree worth up to $14.95, plus a free Dr Pepper, with a military ID or proof of service.
Buffalo Wild Wings
All day long on November 11th, veterans and active duty military who dine-in at their local B-Dubs can receive a free one order of boneless wings and a side of fries. (Participating U.S. locations only.)
Chili’s Grill & Bar
All veterans and active duty military personnel can choose a complimentary meal from a select menu on Veterans Day 2020.
Cici's Pizza
Free adult buffet with valid active duty or retired military ID.
Cotton Patch Cafe
Veterans and active duty may enjoy a free Chicken Fried Steak or Chicken Fried Chicken.
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
During Military Family Appreciation Month, Cracker Barrel will offer in-store specials on Veterans Day for military veterans and promotions throughout November to support military families in partnership with Operation Homefront. On Veterans Day, vets can receive a free slice of Double Fudge Coca-Cola Cake with their meal.
Denny’s
All active, non-active or retired military personnel will get a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast on Wednesday, November 11th, from 5 a.m. to noon. Diners must show ID to receive this offer. Participating restaurants in U.S.
Dunkin’
On November 11th, veterans and active duty military can get a free donut.
Einstein Bros. Bagels
Veterans and active-duty military get a free hot or iced medium coffee.
Huddle House
Huddle House is offering a free MVP Breakfast Platter to all active military members and veterans with proper I.D. on Veterans Day, November 11th.
IHOP
All active duty and veterans can enjoy free Red, White, & Blue pancakes on Monday, November 11th, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Joe’s Crab Shack
On November 11th, all veterans can enjoy 20 percent off. Valid for parties up to four.
Krispy Kreme
A doughnut and coffee will be on the house for vets at local Krispy Kreme stores.
Little Caesars Pizza
On November 11th, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., veterans and active military members can get a free Lunch Combo, plus a 20-ounce Pepsi.
Logan’s Roadhouse
On November 11th, active duty and retired U.S. military personnel can get a free meal from the restaurant's American Roadhouse menu. This offer is available from 3 to 6 p.m. at Logan’s Roadhouse restaurants nationwide.
Menchie’s Free Frozen Yogurt
Veterans and military personnel with a military ID or proof of service will receive a free 6-ounce frozen yogurt.
On The Border
Veterans, as well as retired and active-duty military, will receive a free pick 2 combo meal.
Outback Steakhouse
All military veterans and active servicemen can enjoy a free Bloomin’ Onion and Coca-Cola.
Pie Five Pizza
A free personal pizza at participating locations. (Dine-in only.)
Red Lobster
Get a free appetizer or dessert from their select Veterans Day menu. To receive offer, show a valid military ID.
Red Robin
Veterans and Active Military who are Red Robin Royalty members can get a free Tavern Double Burger with Steak Fries between November 12th and November 30th for dine-in or to-go orders.
Starbucks
Active duty service members, reservists, veterans and military spouses can get a free tall hot brewed coffee.
Texas Roadhouse
Receive a voucher for a free meal (veterans and Active Duty military) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Veterans Day. Vouchers will be distributed in the parking lots at Texas Roadhouse locations.
Torchy’s Tacos
On November 11th, veterans and active military can get a free taco and beverage from a select Veterans Day menu.
Twin Peaks
All veterans, active duty military and reservists can eat for free from a select menu on November 11th.
Wendy’s
A free small breakfast combo with valid military ID. No purchase necessary.
Wienerschnitzel
Veterans and Active Duty Servicemembers get a free chili dog with a small fry and a small Pepsi. Show military ID or dress in a uniform to redeem the deal.
