Lubbock Police Make Arrest Connected to Early November Shooting
Lubbock Police have made an arrest in connection to the early November shooting at the Hitching Post.
The incident occurred on November 11 just before 4 a.m. when Lubbock Police responded to reports of shots fired at the club.
When police arrived on scene they were unable to find any victims; officers were later told that a 28 year-old female was dropped off at a hospital with a gunshot wound.
Through an investigation, police filed an arrest warrant and arrested 28 year-old Samuel York Jr. this morning in the 1600 block of 32nd Street. York was charged with aggravated assault.
He remains booked in the Lubbock County Detention Center on over $250,000 in bonds.
