Lubbock Police were led right to a burglary suspect through a tracking device that he supposedly took from the store.

KAMC News reports that 53-year-old Kenneth Devroe was seen on camera throwing a brick through the window of a gas station door. This happened at the United in the 2700 block of 82nd Street.

Police said that Devroe stole several cigarettes and a small bundle of cash. It wasn't specified what Devroe took that had the tracking device, but it was what police ended up using to find his location.

Devroe was taken into custody and charged with burglary of a building on Sunday, August 7th. He remains in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $4,000 bond.
