Lubbock Man Injured in Motorcycle Crash Dies Days Later

Forty-year-old Jason Fields, a man involved in a motorcycle crash in Lubbock, has passed away.
The crash initially happened in the 2500 block of 82nd Street at around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020.
Police say a motorcycle, driven by Fields, was traveling eastbound in the 2500 block of 82nd Street while a passenger car was driving westbound in the same block.
The passenger car made a left hand turn and collided with Fields.
Fields at the time was transported to University Medical Center with serious injuries. The driver of the passenger car, 25-year-old Christopher Young, was uninjured.
