Lubbock Man Accepts Plea Deal for Production of Child Pornography
Thursday afternoon (Jan. 25), a Lubbock man accepted a plea deal for production of child pornography.
Last year, police got a search warrant for 52 year-old Anthony Woollis’ home. During a search of his residence, police found child pornography on his phone. Investigators questioned Woollis, who said the pictures and videos on the phone were taken in 2012 and 2013.
The girl in said photos and videos was 15 years old at that time.
Woollis will be sentenced at a later date to a minimum of 15 years, to a maximum of 30 years in prison. State charges including sexual assault, are still pending.
His bond is set at $75,000.
