Lubbock Employee Assaulted During Robbery
Lubbock Police responded to a robbery on Monday, September 30th just after 8:30 a.m where an employee was assaulted.
It happened at the Nick Stop Liquor at 58th Street and Avenue P.
According to KAMC News, 3 suspects walked into the store, and one of them stole soda. After being confronted by an employee, the suspect allegedly punched them in the mouth.
The employee was taken to a local hospital.
The suspect that assaulted the employee is described as a black male in his earl 20's, standing at 6'0" and being heavy set. He was also described as wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts.
He and the other 2 suspects, a white male and white female, left in a blue 4-door car.
