Lubbock County Breaks COVID-19 Case Count Record Again

At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23rd, the City of Lubbock confirmed 140 new cases of Coronavirus.
This number breaks the county's previous record of 105 new cases in a day. The number of confirmed cases over the previous few days has been 87, 32, 80, 72 and 105 were confirmed on Thursday, June 18th.
51 recoveries were also reported.
The total number of confirmed cases in Lubbock County has now risen to 1547. 825 are listed as active, 671 are listed as recovered and the death count holds at 51.
The City of Lubbock Health Department hasn't identified any more possible exposure sites other than the ones listed previously.
