LP&L Warns Against New Meter Deposit Scam

LP&L is warning customers about a new scam around Lubbock.

Some people are claiming to be installers and asking for deposits on new meters. LP&L claims their installers will never ask for payment or any financial information from customers. If you think you've been targeted, they ask that you call them at 775-2509.
