Law 'N Paws is asking for help to build a new animal sanctuary in El Paso following a massive rent hike at their current location.

Law 'N Paws have already bought the land to build the sanctuary for abused and neglected animals to be built on but need help funding the actual facility.

The need for the new sanctuary was brought on by a 500% rent hike levied by the landlord they had been leasing from. Development has already begun on the new place but is in its earliest stages and they have along way to go.

Law 'N Paws was started as an offshoot of the first ever animal cruelty unit activated by the El Paso Police Department in 2017. Since then, they have investigated tons of animal cruelty cases and rescued 400 animals from cruelty and neglect.

At Law N' Paws, we are driven by a deep commitment to the welfare of at-risk animals in our community. Our mission is clear: to rescue abused and neglected animals and provide them with the care and love they deserve. We believe that every animal is worthy of a second chance, and we strive to create a sanctuary where healing and hope can flourish. - Law 'N Paws

Ultimately, the hope is that all the pets taken in by Law 'N Paws find themselves a "fur"-ever home. Law 'N Paws is a fully accredited 501c(3) non-profit group and have, to date, raised $10,150.82 of their $100,000 goal.  If you would like to donate, please click here.
