Texas Tech Football season will be here before you know it, and if you've ever wanted to meet any of the current team members, your opportunity is coming up this weekend.

On August 24th, Texas Tech Football will host its annual Meet the Raiders event at the Sports Performance Center which is located just south of the newly renovated Jones AT&T Stadium. Parking will be available in the commuter lot west of the stadium.

Meet the Raiders is a free event from 2:30 to 3:30pm on Saturday. Texas Tech fans will be able get free autographs and meet Head Coach Joey McGuire and members of the Red Raider Football program.

This is a great event for fans young and old. So be sure to meet the team we will be cheering for this year at Texas Tech.

Texas Tech Football is looking to build on last year's 7-6 record. This will be Joey McGuire's third season as Head Coach of the Texas Tech Red Raiders. In the preseason media poll, Texas Tech was predicted to finish ninth in the 16-team conference. Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and Arizona State are new to the conference this year.
