Lubbock’s Mugshot Monday: 58 Arrests Made the First Week of Fall
We are officially in Fall which means you can all get pumpkin everything and for those afraid to celebrate Halloween immediately on July 5 it's time to show your true colors.
Old Food and New Food
Fall is the season of change and that means new and old restaurants are popping up in the Hub City but one restaurant is seeing some changes. The Long John Silvers on 50th Street recently had half of it's signs become black but it's not because they are shutting down but something much more positive. While that restaurant is seeing some new things in their future there is one new food place that will leave you happy, it's Happy's. This new shaved ice place looks yummy with all of their different colors and ice cold treats that will keep you in that Summer state of mind but what about early morning state of mind? Well look no further because the Lubbock Burrito Trail is sure to get you out the door bright and early in time to score some of the best burritos in the Hub City.
It's Gonna Be...Fall?
You obviously can't celebrate the Fall season without doing all the usual things you are supposed to do. We have a complete list of 15 things you must do this Fall in Lubbock and shouldn't miss out on while we are just at the start of Autumn. While there are some things you should do don't forget to look up at the leaves as they change color especially if you're in Daingerfield, Texas. The colors of the trees in this area are bound to give the New England area a run for its money. With Fall here and Winter quickly approaching you might get some unwanted critters in your home but apparently on Lubbock school has been seeing these unwanted pests for a while. We don't know if those reports are true or not we can for sure tell you to bring out your Fall wardrobe and get cozy.
