If you have not had her awesome ice cream yet, you need to give it a try. Looks like Texas maybe honoring her for her achievements.

If you have a sweet tooth like myself, hopefully you have given Bee's Rolled Ice Cream a try. I remember back in the day when she had a stand in the back of Stone Oven Pizza in downtown Wichita Falls. Nowadays, Briady Hutchinson has upgraded to her own mobile kitchen.

My personal favorite from her is the Smores option. Briady has been making ice cream across Texoma for a few years now and it looks like the Texas Business Hall of Fame may award her this year with their high school entrepreneur category. Briady is going against three other high school students across Texas. I am being biased here, but I think she has a great shot at winning.

Texas Business Hall of Fame Announces Briady as a Finalist

If she beats out these other high school students, she will receive a $2,000 grant, become a permanent part of the TBHF network, with access to events, networking and programming. Looks like voting closed yesterday and Briady will find out if she won on October 29th. Best of luck to everyone nominated (but especially Briady)

Check Out Bee's Rolled Ice Cream TONIGHT at the After Hours Artwalk

If you have never had her ice cream before (shame on you). The truck will be at the final After Hours Artwalk for 2025 tonight. She will have her mobile kitchen setup from 5-9 tonight in downtown Wichita Falls. Give it a shot and let her know what you think.
