The girls had been riding bikes and scooters in their neighborhood when they began to be followed by someone in a silver vehicle. According to an affidavit, Worl exited the vehicle in his weird attire and shouted at the girls, "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change."
The terrified girls fled to a family member's home, where they reported the incident.
Worl was arrested and charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass based on the incident.

[Gap in crimes, because he was sentenced to seven years in prison]
