
Police Investigate Shooting That Injured Three Juveniles in De Queen
De Queen Police are investigating a shooting that left three juvenile males injured Monday night, with arrest warrants issued for three suspects.
According to De Queen Police Chief Scott Simmons, officers were dispatched around 9:05 PM on Monday, February 2, to the area of 3rd Street and Vandervoort Avenue after reports of gunfire. Officers from the De Queen Police Department and the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene, with Arkansas State Police (ASP) assisting in the investigation. De Queen is located about 50 miles North of Texarkana.
Three De Queen Juveniles Transported to Hospital
Police say three juvenile males were found suffering from gunshot wounds. All three victims were transported to Sevier County Medical Center for treatment. Their conditions were not immediately released.

During the investigation, officers located numerous spent shell casings along Vandervoort Avenue, indicating multiple shots were fired.
Arrest Warrants Issued For Three
Investigators identified several suspects during the course of the investigation. Arrest warrants have been obtained for three individuals, though their names are being withheld at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
