Here’s My Plan On How To Reopen Lubbock’s Economy

Lubbock Mayor Dan Pope is having his task force meet today to figure out how to reopen the Lubbock economy. I have 2 plans already on how we can reopen Lubbock while also asking everyone to stay healthy. Much of my plan is built around the "Opening Up America Again" plan that was written by Dr. Birx and endorsed by President Trump. Every community is different, so one or both of my plans may or may not work in different communities around Texas. In developing these plans, I visited with business owners and worked within the framework announced by the President and his health team.

Will it make everyone happy? Probably not. But watch the video above for my plans.
