Good News, South Lubbock — A New Rosa’s Cafe Is Coming Your Way

Talk about a busy week in new Lubbock business locations.

We found out from Everything Lubbock that Rosa's Cafe is planning another Lubbock location at 130th and Indiana Ave.

From Everything Lubbock:

Rosa’s Tortilla Factory requested a building permit for a new location at 130th Street and Indiana Avenue.  The estimated value of the project was $950,000.  A sign at that location said, “coming soon.”
