Family Rediscovers Lost Photos of Selena Serenading Family Member in Midland, Texas
Does your family have any urban legends? Apparently, Gene Simmons was rude to my mother once. Of course that can't be proven, but I'm not sure I'd be nice to him if I ever met him.
One family swore that the legendary Selena serenaded their tío Rey at a Midland, Texas concert, but between moves across Texas, the photos were lost. However, the photos recently resurfaced, and Aleena Acosta tweeted out her aunt's photos.
According to guidelive.com:
The pictures captured an endearing moment at the Midland Chaparral Center in Texas, where Acosta’s uncle looks starstruck by the stunning Mexican-American singer. Selena sang her “Que Creias,” a hit about betrayal and love and pulled up Rey to the stage. The photo has gotten more than 35,000 retweets on Twitter.
