
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia Confiscated During Search of a Lubbock Home
Lubbock Police confiscated drugs and drug paraphernalia in late August.
Police executed a search warrant on August 29 on a home in the 2100 block of 32nd Street, resulting in the arrest of 43 year-old Enrique Ezequil Maldonado and 37 year-old Cynthia Reyes Maldonado. Both are currently being held in the Lubbock County Detention Center on bonds totaling more than $500,000 each.
KAMC News reports after a couple of traffic stops turned up drugs that officials could track back to the Maldonado's, police requested a search warrant.
During the search, police confiscated 3.66 pounds of methamphetamine, nearly five ounces of marijuana, three digital scales, a handgun, ledgers and police radio scanners.
