Curby’s Express Market Set To Open Tuesday In Lubbock
Curby's Express Market is set to open bright and early Tuesday, February 1st at 5:00 a.m. in Lubbock. The first location is opening at 1903 Milwaukee Avenue.
In the future, the plan is open at least two more locations at 50th and Quaker and 114th and Quaker.
There has been a lot of buzz and questions about Curby's since the building first started going up in April of 2021. At first, some people thought it was going to be a new fast food restaurant. Which it isn't, but that doesn't mean they won't have food.
Curby's will serve Morning Melts like their Cinnamon Toast Sausage Egg & Cheese Melt and a Grown Up Grilled Cheese. They will also have Kolaches, a Bakery, and Toasted Burritos. All of these sound pretty amazing and you better believe I will be there Tuesday morning picking up breakfast.
Curby's will also have what they call Lunch and Later Melts. Personally, I'm looking forward to trying the Brisket Melt and Grown Up Grilled cheese. Curby's will also have Roller Dogs, Flatbread Pizzas, Salads, and more available throughout the day.
All of that may make Curby's sound like a food stop, but it's much more than that. They will have coffee, energy drinks, a tea bar, and of course they will have a large selection of convenience items like snacks and drinks that you may need on the way home. Curby's goal is to create a new breed of convenience by blending everything customers like about the speed of convenience with everything they crave about high quality food and drink.
Oh and if you don't want to get out of your vehicle, they have a giant drive-thru.
Curby's Express Market will be open Sunday-Friday 5:00 a.m. until Midnight and Saturday until 1:00 a.m. Get more information by visiting their website.
