Commission on Environmental Quality ‘Interested Party’ in Reagor-Dykes Bankruptcy Case
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has filed paperwork to become an interested party in the Reagor Dykes Bankruptcy case.
KAMC News reports the paperwork was filed early Monday afternoon (Sept. 24th). As of the writing of this article, TCEQ has not put a dollar value on its interest.
Public records showed in late 2017, TCEQ took administrative action against D and R Acquisitions, doing business as Reagor-Dykes Toyota. D and R Acquisition was accused of allowing discharge of wastewater into a drainage ditch.
Official records say D and R were ordered to make improvements and pay $2,675 in administrative penalties, with $535 deferred.
