Abilene Police Seek Search Warrants in Levelland Woman’s Possible Murder
Abilene police have filed search warrants to obtain information regarding the possible homicide of a Levelland woman who was found dead in Abilene in April 2018.
Jeannie Quinn, 20, was found dead on April 17th at the intersection of North 10th Street and Marigold Street a few days after being reported missing.
During an investigation, police discovered that Quinn was last seen with her boyfriend. The boyfriend told police that he and Quinn got into a fight and she took his truck. The boyfriend then tried to contact Quinn to no success, calling a friend to pick him up.
Police filed search warrants for Quinn’s boyfriend and his friend because they could have evidence related to the murder.
The names of both individuals are being withheld because they have not been charged with a crime.
