A Food Truck Championship in Lubbock? Oh Yeah!

If you're a fan of food trucks and the weekend, why not put both together and have a Food Truck Championship?

Hub City Food Trucks will be hosting the West Texas Food Truck Championship on Sunday, October 7th at Cook's Garage on the Tahoka Highway.

From Hub City Food Trucks:

This championship will feature over 30 food trucks, local vendors, live music, and a kids’ area. There will be local chefs and patrons judging to determine the best in each category and overall best food truck. Proceeds will benefit Boots & Badges of the South Plains which helps first responders and their families who experience a catastrophic event.

Tickets are available for $5 at the gate, and kids 5 and under are free.
