Abandoning or Endangering a Child

After pleading guilty to evading arrest and endangering a child, a Lubbock woman was sentenced to a year in state jail on Thursday, July 1st.

Thirty-three-year-old Jesse Perez was arrested after police rescued his baby that was left inside his car.
